Minneapolis / St. Paul

AFH MSP’s commitment to our clients is grounded in the following design tenets:

Local: Design is informed by what is intrinsically bound to a culture. We respond to that, respect it, and draw upon it.

Sustainable: We design for the health of humanity. Sustainability is about creating a balance between what we build and what is naturally meant to be and ensuring a project’s longevity and financial integrity.

Appropriate: The components of a design are made compelling by their ability to respond to a community’s needs both technically and emotionally.

Collaborative: Successful projects come from the informational input from all parties involved through the dedication of passionate people.

AFH MSP Working Session

Event posted by Maureen Colburn on July 7, 2010
July 19, 2010 - 18:00 - 20:00

The July meeting will be dedicated to working on conceptual plans for the Somaliland Public Library that we are designing for local non-profit Educational Opportunities for Somaliland.

Due to a change at the West Bank Social Center, we are now looking for a new permanent meeting location so please contact Maureen or Rich with any ideas. The Nomad works great for typical meetings (can't beat the 2-for-1's!) but not for working sessions.

Please save the date and we will post the location ASAP.
